St Peter's Church is in the Parish of Hook Norton with Great Rollright (St Andrew's) and Swerford (St Mary's) and the Benefice of Hook Norton with Great Rollright, Swerford and Wigginton (St Giles') within the Deanery of Chipping Norton and the Diocese of Oxford.

The Parochial Church Council (PCC) is the legal body which manages the finances and operations of the Parish of Hook Norton with Great Rollright and Swerford. It is also a registered charity.
