A variety of regular services are held in St. Peter's Church to provide for all tastes. Additional/special services and our Lent course meetings are detailed in the Calendar.
The main services are held at 10 a.m. every Sunday and vary between Holy Communion, Morning Worship and Celebration of the Word. Morning Worship and Celebration of the Word are family-oriented
Holy Communion following the order of the Book of Common Prayer is held at 8:00 a.m. on the 1st Sunday of each month and every Wednesday morning, 10 am. See the Calendar for more information about a particular service. Morning Prayers is at 7.30 am every Friday.
On the 3rd Sunday of each month a special JAM (Jesus and Me) service is held jointly with Hook Norton Baptist church. This service is aimed particularly at families and children. The venue for this service alternates between St. Peter's and the Baptist Church. See the Calendar for details of where the JAM service is held on a particular month.
On the 2nd Thursday of each month, at 11 am, the village tots, tinies and their parents/carers meet up at St. Peter's for Wheelers and Squealers, a lunch meeting with a story and songs.
The after-school JAM club is open to all Hook Norton's key stages 1 and 2 primary-school children, and is held every Wednesday during term time, from 3.15 to 4.15 pm in the Study Centre at Hook Norton Primary School.
Benefice Prayer meetings, focusing on prayer for renewal, are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, from 8-9 pm. See the Calendar for details and venues.
